Hi. I’m Doctor Ilene.
I am a psychotherapist, author, and most importantly, a mother. As an author, I regularly contribute to publications such as Psychology Today, and have published 5 award-winning books. My books, blog, and private psychotherapy practice in Florida are fueled by my passion for helping others live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
