Hi. I’m Doctor Ilene.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, author, and, most importantly, a mother. As an author, I regularly contribute to publications such as Psychology Today and have published six award-winning books. My books, blog, and private psychotherapy practice in Florida are fueled by my passion for helping others live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
